Return Policy:
At Earthly Expressions your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you are not totally happy with your handcrafted jewelry, you may return it for a complete refund (minus shipping fees) within 14 days of receiving your item.

Adjustments made to your jewelry:
If you need the length of your handmade necklace or bracelet adjusted in any way, just let us know. Most pieces can be adjusted, free of charge. Extenders are always free of charge. If a piece needs to be completely restrung in order to adjust the length, a small fee will be charged.

Most clasps can also be changed out with another style with no additional fee. (for example: switching a lobster clasp for a toggle clasp.) Magnetic clasps are also a great option for anyone who has difficulty with connecting lobster or toggle clasps. (Grandma loves them on her jewelry!) There is an additional $5.00 charge for magnetic clasps. (CAUTION: DO NOT USE A MAGNETIC CLASP IF YOU HAVE A PACE MAKER.)

If you would like additional adjustments other than the length or clasp, Custom Orders are also available.

Shipping Fees:
All purchases for US orders are shipped USPS First Class mail within three business days (Mon-Fri) and are scheduled to arrive within 7-10 business days from your date of payment.

Regardless of the number of items you order we charge a flat shipping fee.
Shipped within US - $2.50
Shipped to Canada - $3.50

Orders over $50.00 ship for Free

Please contact us for shipping international orders and we will be happy to give you a quote.

We cannot be responsible for items that have been lost or stolen through the shipping process. Please let us know if you would like to purchase insurance on your package. Merchandise shipped outside of the US may be subject to additional delays through customs.

Packaging:
Your order will arrive in either a satin pouch or a cotton filled jewelry box with ribbon. Additional bubble wrap will be in the packaging to insure your piece arrives in perfect condition. We will also include an anti-tarnish zip lock bag to help keep your handcrafted jewelry looking it's best.

Payment:
We accept PayPal and Credit Cards. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase an item.

Georgia residents please include 7% sales tax.
